By accessing and using OnePlace247 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is a marketing management platform for advertising and social media management.
2. Description of Service
OnePlace247 is a platform for managing Google Ads campaigns, Instagram content, and client reporting. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
3. User Accounts
Access to the Service requires valid credentials issued by the administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose:
- Managing and monitoring client advertising campaigns.
- Generating reports and performance analytics.
- Scheduling and managing social media content.
5. Google Ads Data & API Compliance
The Service accesses Google Ads data through the Google Ads API solely for campaign management, reporting, and optimisation. All usage complies with Google's API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Google Ads data is never used for serving advertisements, sold, or shared with any third party. Access is strictly limited to displaying dashboards and generating reports for the authorised account.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OnePlace247 shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
